On Wednesday, July 20, popular Nigerian artist Peter Okoye of psquare addressed the controversy surrounding the bishops who were there when Kashim Shettima was introduced as Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s running mate.
Remember how Nigerians reacted strongly to the appearance of some bishops at the event and labeled them as phony bishops?

Videos of persons dressing up as bishops for the occasion even helped Nigerians to rationalize their skepticism.
Peter Okoye commented on the stunt on his Twitter account, saying that given how things are now faked, he might one day be in his home and see Psquare sing live on stage.
“The way dem day fake people dis days eh! I fit day my house dey watch Live TV and I go see Psquare dey perform for stage,” he wrote.
