Senator Ndume steps down from his convoy to control traffic in Abuja

Nigerian Senator, Ali Ndume has been spotted controlling traffic in the city centre of the Federal Capital Territory.

A motorist who was in traffic captured the moment the lawmaker representing Borno South district in the Senate stepped down from his convoy and joined his aides to control traffic.

The incident occurred at the popular AP junction in Wuse II and it has sparked reactions from Nigerians who view it as an act aimed at endearing him to electorates ahead of the next election.
